 ADDITIONAL INFORMATON Every week we ask our clients to ‘check in’ with a Personal Trainer at 4FITT HQ on Saturday, Sunday or Mondays with a weigh in and nutrition & excercise evidence. This way we can carefully monitor individual progress, how your body is responding and modify your routine accordingly to ensure you are continually losing body fat!
